Reset Your MIDAS User ID or Password
If you forget your MIDAS username or password, you can use the MIDAS account management tools to recover your account access. MIDAS credentials are used to sign in to the MyODU Portal and other Old Dominion University (ODU) online services.
Resetting a Forgotten MIDAS User ID
If you do not remember your MIDAS username:
- Visit the MIDAS account management website.
- Select the option to retrieve or recover your MIDAS username.
- Verify your identity by providing the requested information, such as your University Identification Number (UIN), date of birth, or other account verification details.
- Follow the instructions provided to retrieve your MIDAS username.
- Use the recovered username to sign in to MyODU or other ODU services.
Resetting a Forgotten MIDAS Password
If you know your MIDAS username but have forgotten your password:
- Go to the MIDAS account management website.
- Select the option to reset or change your forgotten password.
- Enter your MIDAS username and complete the identity verification process.
- Follow the prompts to create a new password.
- Confirm the password reset and use your new password to access MyODU and other university systems.
For Students
